SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping on USA domestic orders over $150.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for all orders under $150.

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED ONCE FULFILLED AND SHIPPED

PLEASE NOTE: LOST PACKAGES , INCORRECT ADDRESS, STOLEN PACKAGES ARE NOT REALLYCUTECO'S RESPONSIBILITY. YOU MUST CONTACT USPS OR UPS IN REGARDS TO YOUR PACKAGE.

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ORDER RUSHED PLEASE PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESS NEXT BUSINESS DAY! If you do not choose express shipping at checkout your order will be processed within 1-4 business days. Customers are responsible for reading this policy. Orders will not be canceled if items do not arrive on time. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays.

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate.*

We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will receive store credit for your order value minus the international shipping cost.
